- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days for delivery
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM EST (limited to certain regions)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the method selected and the delivery address.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Once your payment is authorized and confirmed, we begin processing your order. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Backorders: If an item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date. You may choose to wait for the item, modify your order, or cancel it.
3. Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to the following locations:
- Domestic Shipping (USA): We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
- International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs within the United States are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be provided during checkout.
- International Shipping: For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
5. Delivery Times
- Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the shipping method, carrier delays, weather, and holidays. CameraFexaTech is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO: We offer shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses for U.S. customers. Some shipping methods may not be available for these addresses, and additional processing time may be required.
- Address Accuracy: It is essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information. CameraFexaTech is not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is deemed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and either replace the item or issue a refund.
8. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Order Changes: Once an order is placed and processed, it may not be possible to modify or update it. However, you may be able to cancel the order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or modify your order.
- Canceled Orders: If your order is canceled due to payment issues, stock availability, or customer request, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.
