1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition (unused, unopened, and undamaged) with all original packaging, including tags and labels.
  • Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized, custom, or clearance items. Please review the product page for return exclusions.

2. How to Return an Item

To start a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us, ensuring that it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, if the item is opened or used but still in resellable condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Proof of Damage: We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to process the return or replacement.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable Software or Digital Content
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or Personalized Products

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you receive an item you wish to cancel after shipment, you may return it for a refund, subject to the terms of our refund and returns policy.
